Hi, I'm Michelle. Fifteen years ago I got really good at passing out on the subway.

It was one more thing on a list of symptoms my doctors weren't able to help me with: Dizzy spells, anxiety, IBS and disabling fatigue.

They kept saying I was "fine."

Taking matters into my own hands, I changed my diet, changed my lifestyle, left my career in advertising and started my own business.

When does Lift start?
We get started on Sunday 1/17/21 and run through Thursday 1/21/21.

Do I need to buy any special equipment or supplements?
Nope. If you have some basic kitchen tools, you're good to go.

Why just 5 days?
In my private practice I generally work with clients for a minimum of 3 months. However, since not everyone desires to work 1-on-1 or is ready for such a commitment, this 5 day program is designed to let you dip your toe in the waters. Interested in working privately? Add your name to the waitlist

What if I'm gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian or have other dietary restrictions? No problem. The principles of Lift apply to everyone. However, some recipes in the meal plan may not apply to you.

Is Lift safe while breastfeeding or pregnant? It is safe but not recommended during pregnancy. Nursing moms are welcome as long as you are getting adequate sleep.
