You get no time alone. Or, too much time alone. Thanks, quarantine.
Don't even get started on politics.
You've been stressed and it's showing up in your body. Tired, irritable and bloated, you're thinking:
"What the heck happened to 2020?"
Snacks, wine and ranting on Instagram help get through the day, but...
There’s a smarter way – even when the world seems to be in total upheaval.
I've taken 11 years of helping women recover from burnout and chronic stress...and boiled it down to a simple system to help you feel powerful (while dropping the weight, anxiety and fatigue.)
Hi, I'm Michelle. Fifteen years ago I got really good at passing out on the subway.
It was one more thing on a list of symptoms my doctors weren't able to help me with: Dizzy spells, anxiety, IBS and disabling fatigue.
They kept saying I was "fine."
Taking matters into my own hands, I changed my diet, changed my lifestyle, left my career in advertising and started my own business.
Since then, I’ve spent the last 11 years helping women optimize their health. I’ve been lucky enough to be featured on ABC News, CBC News, NPR, and more, while raising a busy family, moving up and down the East coast 5 times, managing a popular podcast, and running two thriving businesses.
Oh, and now homeschooling 2 boys as a single mom and getting involved with social justice initiatives. Hello, 2020.
You keep hearing that you should stop eating carbs or go keto or whatever.
But guess what?
That's because no one can sell a book titled "Eat Moderately and Have Cake Sometimes." In fact, I'm friends with many health authors and experts...and guess what everyone has been eating lately?
Whatever we want. Including pizza.
Stop getting discouraged that you can't be perfect. Perfect isn't the goal.

You’ll learn and practice exactly how to:
Here’s what you’ll get:
A checklist tells you what you need each day for 5 days. Could it be more any more simple? You've got this. And, yes, you can drink coffee. I'm not Satan.
You'll get a full week of colorful, delicious, seasonal meals with a grab-and-go shopping list. Can't find all the ingredients? No worries. Grocery stores are weird right now. This is for suggestion and inspiration only. You do you.
Ooh I wish we could all get together! But I know schedules are really strange right now and your hair is in a perpetual top knot. Instead, every day you'll get a quick message, teaching you something new and helping keep you on track. Don't touch your hair, it's perfect.

FAQs
When does the 5 Day Lift start?
Whenever you're ready. Once you download your materials you can complete your 5 days anytime.
Why just 5 days?
In my private practice I generally work with clients for a minimum of 3 months. However, since not everyone desires to work 1-on-1 or is ready for such a commitment, this 5 day program is designed to let you dip your toe in the waters. Interested in working privately? Apply here
What if I'm gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian or have other dietary restrictions? No problem. The principles of Lift apply to everyone. However, some recipes in the cookbook may not apply to you.
Is Lift safe while breastfeeding or pregnant? It is safe but not recommended during pregnancy. Nursing moms are welcome as long as you are getting adequate sleep.
