FAQs
What does this program look like and what's the commitment?
My Signature System is something you'll learn once and use for the rest of your life. Expect to listen to a few short audios (or read the transcripts) and put the system into action for 5 days together, as a kick off. After that, you'll know what makes you feel good and can use the system for as long as you like, with unlimited access to all materials.
When are the dates?
We'll kick off together for 5 days: March 20-24, 2022. After that you'll have unlimited use of the system, for as long as you need.
What if I'm not available March 20-24?
You do not need to attend meetings or be anywhere at a specific time during the week – it's all done on your own time. That said, participating in our kick off is encouraged but completely optional.
Who is the She's Got Power Signature System for?
My clients are generally women who have started feeling the accumulated effects of stress – fatigue, depression/anxiety, bloating, poor sleep, aches/pains, possibly a thyroid or autoimmune condition.
Do I need to buy any special equipment or supplements?
Nope. If you have some basic kitchen tools, you're good to go. Supplements are completely optional.
How is this different than private coaching?
In my private practice I generally work with clients for a minimum of 3 months and at a significant investment. However, since not everyone desires to work 1-on-1 or is ready for such a commitment, this program is designed to let you dip your toe in the water at a fraction of the investment.
I'm afraid I need more personal attention – how can I work with Michelle privately?

What if I'm gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian or have other dietary restrictions? No problem. You can eat any meals you want, following the system's guidelines. All meals in our recipe books are gluten and dairy free. Regardless of your dietary restrictions, the principles apply to everyone, even if some specific recipes don't apply to you. And the more important part? The system's emphasis on mindset and lifestyle.
Is the system safe while breastfeeding or pregnant? Yes. If your doctor says otherwise we'll issue a full refund.
